COACHES & GROUP LEADERS

As a thank you for choosing EPL sports tours, we are proud to offer free land packages for coaches (certain restrictions apply). This will enable peace of mind for all coaches and help reduce the overall tour cost.

  • Every group is different – we recommend that you start the planning process anywhere between 6-9 months to 1 year or more ahead of time.

    • Absolutely not! At EPL Sports we cater for all ages and ability levels.

    • Each tour is custom designed for your team’s needs.

    • We take pride in finding the perfect level of competition.

    • EPL, has its own Free Fundraiser – we send raffle tickets to each group and players can raise money by selling the tickets – see more here

      • We will also share fundraising ideas that are tried & tested by other groups.

      • EPL can donate signed memorabilia (if possible) to use in auctions or raffles.

    • Each tour is customised and tailored to meet your group's financial objectives.

    • Discuss with us your ideal tour and costs and we work together to achieve this!

    • If you've received a quote from another sports tour company, we will be happy to try and match it or better it but will not compromise on quality.

    • We are confident that all EPL Sports tours are competitively priced.

Players

We guarantee that your tour experience will exceed all expectations and you will take home memories to last a lifetime.

    • Players can sign up for an EPL tour as an individual.

    • Sometimes, there are teams in need of guest players for certain tours, if you are an individual looking to travel, please email - tours@eplsports.com

    • Yes. However, this must be agreed with the main group organiser/coach.

    • You will be attached to a responsible adult whilst on tour.

    • Live professional matches will depend on the dates and match scheduling.

    • The training sessions are with professional coaches at professional academies.

    • Most hotel meals are buffet style with different options.

    • If eating out, restaurant meals tend to be set menus with various options.

    • Email EPL as soon as you are aware of a reason for cancelling.

    • We will follow the cancellation conditions as per your reservation agreement.

    • Travel insurance can usually limit financial losses depending on the reason.

    • We always recommend taking out an insurance policy

    • EPL can suggest some options but we are not legally able to sell insurance.

    • Each EPL Tour has an EPL Tour Manager with your group 24/7

    • If you are player contact your parent or coach first

    • If you need extra assistance, please ask your EPL Tour Manager

    • All EPL Staff are DBS checked as per UK guidelines.

    • If a player is injured or ill during a tour and parents are present the parents will assess the extent of treatment needed.

    • If a player is without a parent a Chaperone is assigned before the tour and this named person will assess the player.

    • Players without parents travelling are required to sign medical & travel waivers.

    • If an injury requires medical attention, then the nearest hospital is advised.

    • Usually, 2 meals per day are included in a tour. This is set out in your Proposal.

    • Breakfast is always usually at the hotel and either lunch or dinner is provided.

Parents & Supporters

We understand that the parents are as much part of the tour as the players. That's why we are happy to assist parents to arrange any extra-curricular or sightseeing activities they should choose. Any Golf-enthusiasts should ask your EPL Sports representative about our specialized golf packages.

    • We encourage families to travel with a player if possible.

    • This combines a family vacation with an unforgettable sporting experience.

    • During the planning process, we collate this important information.

    • We notify all hotels and restaurants prior to arrival.

    • We request you to complete a rooming list on a document we send your group.

    • Tour prices are based on 2 or 3 sharing a room.

    • Single occupancy rooms will be charged a single room supplement fee.

    • Most of the time, yes!

    • At some professional academies, there may be occasions where they will not allow spectators into their facilities for training sessions but they will allow spectators in to watch games.

    • Most professional academies do not allow taking photos and video recording.

    • If sightseeing excursions have been requested for the whole group, then they will be incorporated into the itinerary.

    • Once the itinerary is finalised parents are more than welcome to organise extra sightseeing away from the group itinerary at your own cost.

    • We recommend you do not book any extra sightseeing excursions until 2 weeks before departure; this is because the itinerary is always subject to change!

    • As part of each player’s package, we are responsible for washing their playing jerseys, shorts, and socks.

    • Any extra personal laundry is your own responsibility.
